The quality of your wine depends on three factors. Two fo them we can deal with.
1 – The quality of kit you buy
2 – The quality of the water you use
3 – Your patience with aging the finished wine.

We have a state of the art on site water purification system consisting of one main diaphram, one carbon filter and two auxiliary filters, plus an ultra violet unit to take care of any basteria which might sneak through.
Grocery stores and gas stations sell a 19L container for anywhere between $3.95 and $5.49.
Our price? $1.50. Just enough to cover the filters and maintenance of the system. Simply bring in your own pail or jug to fill when you buy your kit.
