Strawberry Lychee Traminer
It is a fragrant fruit with a sweet taste.
We have made it and is fantastic. It has a very distinct aroma which seems deceptively heavy, but a light taste with a lingering taste of strawberries.
Raspberry Dragonfruit White Shiraz
Dragon fruit is fairly common in Asia as well as Mexico and Central America.
The fruit is mildly sweet (similar to kiwi) and produces great aroma.
We are brewing a batch right now and will let you know how it turns out!
