Also, we do not use the "drag sales" method. This is when a few products are put on "special" to bring you through the door. In many cases, the number of items on "special" in stock will be limited in number and styles. If the particular item on "special" is not what you are looking for, you will be directed to a higher priced item. The whole idea is to get people into the door, at which point you are less likely to shop around for the best price and the item you actually want.
