We have good stock in all 13 varieties. The nice thing about these kits is that contrary to other kits which benefit from aging, Niagara Mist fruit wines have a lighter bodied wine base with less tannin and produce a 7%-8% drink. The fruit syrup simply overpowers the far from aged wine base!
